Autograph Matte Question

I've just learned that you can no longer drop off a photo matte at guest services to be signed. If this is true, what's the best way to get a matte signed? We dropped one off on our last cruise back in 2010, and I really wanted another from our next in April.

It is true. DCL stopped this service in August. The only way to get it signed is to take it to the various character meet and greets.

Wow. Are there any other perks that have been discontinued? I mean, aside from the alcohol policy which I also just found out about. This is so disappointing. Not having to run around and pay extra for things is the justification I had for the higher price of DCL.
