Autograph cover help?

I'm looking for autograph book covers for the girls on our trip. I found one with Tinkerbell in everydaymathchicks photobucket, but I believe she's no longer personalizing. Would anyone be willing to create something for Lauren and Meredith with Tinkerbell and 2009, or connect me with someone who already has such a design? Thanks!!!

I found these. Their from Donatalie's photobucket. You can post on her thread && see if she can personalize! Their all blank. But really great. The cover isn't just Tinkerbell, it's all the characters.
