I'm getting ready to print out some autograph cards (thanks in advance to Natalie!!!) and I'm just wondering who do you really see?

We'll be doing CP and Tuskers for BF so we will see all those guys, but I would hate to have 100 cards and never even see half of them!

Like the characters from Bugs Life etc.

Also i know that i saw a thread with a list of them and how rare it is etc, but i was on DH's computer and can't find it.

Thanks!

This is who we saw on our last trip:
MNSSHP- jane and terk, alice, mad hatter, tweedle dee and dum, aladdin, genie, abu, snow white and seven dwarves, baloo, rafiki, cruella, jafar

Mickey, minnie, donald, daisy, goofy, chip and dale, mary poppins, stitch, buzz, lilo, flik, atta, belle, beast, ariel, cinderella, aurora, jasmine, godmother, lady trmaine, anastasia and drizella, meeko, tigger, pooh, piglet, eeyore, mushu, mulan and i think that is all i can remember for now.
We only went to MK,epcot and AK so there are more at Holywood studios like woody, jessie, buzz, green army men etc

Thanks!! I figure i'll do the basics and some extra like you listed and some blanks!

You really can see a TON of disney characters. I spent three days in December and wasn't really working on getting autographs and got 46. I also had a two year old so I was at the parks when they opened up and normally left around 2:00 in the afternoon. Now granted this was the week before school got out so the parks weren't flooded with people and I never waited very long in lines to get autographs. I just got autographs as I happened to see the characters on the way to my next ride or show.

You will find a lot of characters at the entrance to each park, then there are greating stations that are marked on the map and there are plenty that are just here and there. Like I got the fairy godmother's autograph on the backside of the castle and cinderella's step-mother and step-sisters to the right of the castle (I didn't think I would come across any of those characters). It just depends on how you want to spend your time...tracking down characters and if you are there an entire week you could potentially get 50-100 autographs or just enjoying the parks, rides and shows and getting autographs as you happen upon characters that don't have long lines.

I absolutely adore my autograph book and look forward to finding more characters in the future. I think I have cards for around 248 characters. But if you want to make it simple just make cards specific to each park and have the characters sign those.

Just to add to what Dolly said........ you just never know when you'll see someone. For example, we've been to WDW too many times to count, but we've only seen Max (Goofy's son) once. He was at Chef Mickeys.
Granted, he may not be "that" rare, but, we've only seen him one time.

The point I'm making is you may very well see some obscure character at any given moment - you just never know. If you don't want to lug around a huge autograph book with tons of characters you (probably) won't see, just make sure you have some blank pages at the back.......... just in case!!

I am making autograph books for the FE gift for the kids on our cruise. For those of you who have printed out individual cards, do you just use card stock? What did you use to make the cover a harder substance?? I am very new at this. I have at least 20 to make...

i printed the autograph cards on a white cardstock that you purchase in a pack of 50 sheets from joanne, I printed two 4*6 cards on each sheet and then cut them w/ a papter cutter leaving the book edge longer...that seemed to work fine. I then went to office max and had them punch two holes in each set of cards on the edge and used the loose leaf paper rings that can open up...this only cost a dollar per book and I had about 100 pages per book...I used canvas boards for the cover and covered them w/ scrapbook paper...These are hard flat boards that come in a three pack that are ready for people to paint on...I then drilled holes in them before I covered w/ the paper for the rings...I purchased these a joanne as well they are 5*7? I think..I will post pictures when I get home from work. It was easier than I thought it would be, and I used a few different people from here auto cards. Hope this helps some

Hi
Thanks for the advice, I have about 50 character ones and i'll do s bunch of blanks. I'm not going to bind them so that I can put them in a scrap book after (Dolly i think that I had read this on one of your threads!) I'll get a little clipboard for it. Today i got some postcard paper. They are perforated and can print 4 on a page. I just cropped the ones i downloaded to make them a little bigger and am printing them like that, so far so good!!
