Autograph books

New or Continue from last trip? We ended up buying two of the Disney Autograph books, that hold a picture on one side and the autograph on the other side. We only have about 4 autographs in the second one from our trip two years ago. I hate all that wasted space. Should I bring those with me this year and just continue or say forget it and buy new ones? What do you do?

I would keep using the ones that you have as they are going to be the same cover like always.maybe write on one of the blank pages "2008 Disney trip" and then what i do is put a rubber band there to hold the page open to make it easier to find the next page and it seems easier for the characters to write without the pages flopping back and forth.You could also rip out the autographs and use them next to the pics that were taken

I agree... take the book from last time. We are taking ours back... saves us some money...we can surely use somewhere else at WDW!

(Note they didn't take ME in '71, but bought me an autograph book.)

I can't see buying a new one when there's plenty of blank pages left in this one (even after several trips/lots of visits). Plus the reaction from characters and CM when they see it is priceless. Snow White last week tried to tell me she remembered when the books looked like that.

At the end of each trip, I write the year small on each page that is autographed.

It's fun because I have a bunch of autographs in there from the early days before they "standardized" each character's signature.

OMG! I had that one!

We took ours back 3 times! This year we will get a new one for DD who is 5 since it will be her first autograph book. DD13 has no more interest in autographs!

Wow!! Those most have held a lot more autographs that the ones we bought. I think ours maybe hold 20 or so autographs, if you keep it one to page to match the picture.

Thanks for the rubber band idea, I'll do that!
