Can anyone who has been to the World recently tell me how much autograph books are? We are budgeting our kids money, and we just want to be able to account for this.

Also, what are the designs now?

And are autograph books similiar offiste?

Thanks!

I think the autograph books we bought back in Dec. were like $6 or so. Not that much for the amount of pleasure they bring the kids, and what a great souvenir to bring home! I think that design was blue, had Mick, Min, Goof and Don on them. You can get them at a lot of places around the parks. As far as offsite, I cant tell you anything about those, I have never been offsite except for Seaworld.
Yall have fun gettin those autographs!

Off-site you can get a real basic book at Walmart for less than $2, it is a spiral booklet. It does the job fine. We did this while our son was younger. Once he got older we got real great books at the Disney Store that had a place for a picture as well as the signature of the character (I do not think this is available anymore).

I say if you do not go to WDW often spend the $6 or so and get the official book. otherwise save a little and get a cheaper book.

My big tip is make sure that the characters sign every other page. That way you can take a photo of them with your child to paste in the page opposite the signature. It make for a much more special keepsake and memories.

We bought some back in 2000, but was wondering if the price had increased. They were about $6 then, somehow i would think that it would be up to $8 or $10 now.

We did make our own passports though, for a minimal cost. I think we will do that again.

I just bought them last Tues. night at the resort gift shop. I bought the ones right at the register - blue with Disney Characters on the front. They were $6.00 each and pens were $3.00 each.

I bought 4 autograph books and 2 pens. I put each child's first initial on the front sos that we could easliy identify who's was who's.

We've already got the pens.. I was just wondering about the prices. I think we are going down to DTD on our first night (we are staying offsite the first night), and getting them then. The kids have some spending money so I just wanted to know.
