You can purchase books at both parks but I'm not aware of any links to make your own.

If you go over to the DISign board, there are a couple of DISigners that make the 4x6 autograph cards for Universal.

I'm sorry I can't remember their names right now but if you just search for Universal autograph pages, it should pop up.

Thanks just got done making my disney one and working on universal now. I found one site that has a few. I will keep looking .
