Autograph book

First, can you share some cute ideas that you have used for character autograph books? I have heard Disney sells autograph books--anyone have a price on those, what do they look like, and I assume you can get them just about anywhere?

I am trying to come up with something for my kids to use as autograph books so we wont have to buy them, and they will have the ready--wont have to search to buy some.

They are available everywhere - so you can just pick one up when you get there (resort giftshops, the parks, etc...). I think they are around $7.00 each. We just buy them, never bother with doing something else (making one, etc.) - they are cute and make a nice Disney souvenir, IMO.

They are about 4 x 6 and have characters on the cover (same desgin for my last few trips -- I do wish they did a new cover every year, like the photo albums, though...)

Arkiegirl, you could go to Walmart and find a nice Disney notepad for about $1.00 and the kids could use that!

They are $6 at WDW. The Disney outlet in Belz mall 2 - Character Warehouse? - had them for $3 last week.

We like to have the character sign one page, then leave the facing page blank so we can put a picture of the child with the character opposite the autograph. It looks really great when it's together.

We have purchase a I zone caramra with the sticker film. This way when the charater signs the our DD's book we can have a picture ready to put in it.
Micheal's has a real nice acid free book. It's 4x6 and has very thick pages so a large sharpy marker will not bleed through.
