Yes, similar to the ones in the parks, there is a cruise themed one available onboard. But be warned, there's only about 12 pages for autographs opposite pictures and maybe 2 additional picture slots without an autograph page. We filled it easily about 2-3 days into our first (4-night) cruise. Then we switched to a regular autograph book, which I do the same leaving a blank page to paste in a picture. It's not quite as fancy but the good pictures are in our full photo album/scrapbook, and she still has a picture of her with the character, plus there are a LOT more pages in the regular autograph book.
Enjoy your cruise!
