Autograph Book help--Please?

Hi everyone. I really want to make a customized autograph book for my little girls, for our trip in early May. I am a complete newb when it come to this, though, and I have no idea what I'm doing.

Marne was so kind and helpful, and made me a cover of namefills for each of them. I've looked at the sticky and gone to photobucket and copied the pictures I liked. (however, I could not copy the pictures when I clicked on them to make them full sized--I copied the thumbnails. I have no idea if that's a no no?)

I have a shutterly account. When I tried to upload the first autograph page, it said the picture was "low resolution". This terrified me. I don't want to upload all these pages, make a book, pay for it, then when I receive it have it not be what I was thinking it was going to be.

Can someone please help? I'm at a complete loss.

You don't want to copy the thumbnails, that is why you are getting the "low resolution" triangle. Click on the thumbnail. It will bring you to the photobucket/4share account. Click on the large image to get the full resolution. Right click and save the full size version.

I've tried clicking on the thumnail, and when it makes it a full size picture, it won't let me save it. I have no idea what I could be doing wrong.

I know PB is switching to a new look. This "improvement" wouldn't let me copy and paste any images when I was testing it. I haven't moved to the new look, because I have a lot of concerns about it.


Is anyone else having this problem? Is it due to the new PB?

You don't actually want to copy and paste. You want to right click the full-sized image, choose "save as", ad then save it to a folder on your computer.

Photobucket has a button above the photo that says "Download". You can no longer right-click, save anymore with the site. It will download the full-size photo to your Photo folder.

I tried that, too.

It says "Save Target As" but it won't let me save it, it is kind of in a light gray as opposed to black (the wording). There is no "Save Picture As".

Sorry to be so annoying. I'm so confused!
