Autograph Book Covers (5th birthday, 1st trip, and MNSSHP)

Hi,

I am very new to the DIS boards. My family is planning a trip to WDW in October 2011. We will be celebrating my son's 5th birthday!! I have decided to create my own 8x8 autograph books for my 2 boys.

I was wondering if someone would please create a personalized cover for my son's autograph book.

I would like it to mention we are celebrating his 5th birthday, and his name, Jaymin (it can also mention this is his 1st disney trip- but not necessary). His favorite color is yellow, and we are doing Pirate theme with the fab five for his birthday.. he will be doing pirate league and pirate cruise on his birthday.

I would also please like a cover for my son Jordan's book. He will be 18 months at the time of the trip, this is also his 1st trip. you can use the same cover for Jordan... just add 1st trip instead of birthday.

One more cover if possible, I would like 2 MNNSHP 2011 themed covers, one with Jaymin's Autographs
