Autograph Book Cover

I'm on the search for an autograph book cover. I think I'll try a crack at it myself, but thought that if somebody already had a design that would be great. The book is for me, I'm 21 and have never collected autographs. I need a cover that is 8"x8" square to match my pages. Thanks so much!
