Autograph book and pen

For christmas my dh and i are surprising my 6year old with a trip to disney

I want to buy an autograph book, fat pen and epcot stamp book thing but don't know where to go to get them.

Any help would be great.

Well Ebay is always a good place to find autograph books and other items.. If not then of course World of Disney (they will mail items for you for 4.95 or at least that is what they charged me). If that doesn't work and you want to pick them out yourself, then I would suggest waiting and getting them there. One of my fondest memories is picking out my autograph book as a child, which I still have and update with autographs.

My sister picked up an autograph book for DS5's upcoming trip to Disney. As a total n00b on the autograph front, what's the pen of choice to bring ? Sharpie, or does this bleed through the pages ? Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

We used a sharpie like marker and it did go through the back of the pages. I heard on here alot of people like the Sharpies that click open and closed making it easier on the characters. My kids just took the cap off before getting up to them to be ready. My sister (the biggest kid of them all ) used a big fat pen she bought at one of the shops.

Ah, ok. We'll probably take a colored Sharpie and maybe look for a "fat pen" (ballpoint ?) when we arrive ! Thanks for the education.

Personally, I'd go with the fat ballpoint pens. That's what my kids used, and you can pick them up all over the place. The clicker is also a Mickey Head - just as an added incentive . Also, I either forgot (menopausal moment) or didn't read but you can get the Epcot passports there. I don't think they sell them elsewhere but hey, I've been wrong before !!

About how much do they cost at Disney? Found a cute one on Ebay for $11.95 - didn't know if this was a good price or not ??? Thanks

The first place we hit is the gift shop in the resort (or park entrance) and let the boys pick it out and the fattest pen we could find....I didn't like the sharpies as they did go thru the pages. But any thick pen is great for the characters to hold!

If you want them before the trip I have no idea....but, you can have a basket with all of this stuff in it waiting for her at arrival!!! We are soing baskets through memoriesbysarah dot com. She has fab stuff!!
