Auto Europe Car Hire

Has anyone used Auto Europe Car Hire - I have just had a quote of £369 for a 4 x 4 for 19 days in August, to collect as Sanford Airport (all inclusive but not including a tank of fuel) - this is the best deal that I have found but had not heard of this company before and wondered if anyone on the Dis had used them

Hi

I used them when we holidayed in Italy

They were fine.
Upgraded us to a Mondeo, from a Corsa, for no extra cost but, Italian streets being as narrow as they are, that turned out to be a mistake

Had to claim on my 'insurance4carhire' insurance for a scrape but the claim was pretty straight forward and all the appropriate paperwork completed with no problem

I'd certainly use them again

Think they maybe new to the Orlando market as I didnt see them when booking my hire car last month for June 07 and never saw them once...
Have just had a look and agree with what you say about prices...they do look very cheap indeed..!!

I just booked with them too, for next August. Got a 4x4 for three weeks for £460, which was about £100 cheaper than anyone else, including Yescarhire, who we used last time.

I booked online, and doh! I put in the wrong dates. Phoned them today and they changed it, no problems, it even got cheaper even though it was one day longer.

Here's hoping that it all works out okay!
