Aussie Views on Napa Rose or Carthay Circle

wondering if anyone has been to either of these fine dining places in DL. I have read great reviews on the other threads about Napa Rose but wondering whether any of us ANZAC disboarders have any views? the chefs table looks interesting and wondering if our kids (15 and 12) who like their food, may also find it an experience.

I know Carthay Circle is pretty new and we plan to do the WOC lunch or dinner thingy with the Fastpasses.

Anyone have any views??

Leaving on Saturday but not in Disney till late April.

I’ve never been to Carthay Circle but love Napa Rose!! the atmosphere is great and compared to Sydney prices I didn’t think it was as expensive as everyone says. Food for really good especially for me as I’m vego and struggle a bit in the states as I don’t like fried food. Makes a nice relaxing way to end the day after being with crowds & noise all day

We are the same as Nessa. We have done the Napa Rose 3 times and loved it every time. Our DD watched a special by Sam Brown on the travel channel and were so excited to see the chef there when we went. Youngest daughter almost screamed there's so n so pointing to him behind the open kitchen. Everyone turned and looked at him, he just smiled and waved.

The food is to die for and the atmosphere is so relaxing after all the hustle and bustle of the parks during the day it a relief on the senses to unwind and relax. I love the starter with the hot rock, you get 4 starters and warm them on a hot rock in the middle of the plate.

I would love to hear about Carthay Circle as we are going back this year.

Another place we loved also was Steakhouse 55, food was very nice and the atmosphere again quiet and relaxing.
