Aussie / Kiwi Photopass Share Sept/Oct School Holidays

Hi fellow Aussies and Kiwis and neighbours from the South Pacific

I have a Photopass share started with Emum for the Sept/October school holiday period. Anyone else "local" want to join! Great way to save on postage.

Usual stuff. Cost to Australia in total US$77 (made up of $60 + $17 postage), around AU$89 with 86c exchange rate.

Postage within Australia is about $4.50 Express Post, around $5 airmail to NZ.

One more participant will end up being about $35 inc postage, two more particpants will be $27 inc postage, and so forth.

And if I have confused anyone, sorry. I have had a really stressful day (check out my Qantas thread - http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1934318 )

I would definitely be interested, we'll be at DL Sep 28th-Oct 2nd. Can you tell me a little more about how it will work? Sorry you had a stressful day with qantas, they changed our flight home too, but were nice enough to send an email about it at least.

Hi Kelly (and everyone else)

How Photopass Share works (I lifted this from a post completed by justkeepswimmin...)

1: Go on your trip and take LOTS of pictures! There is NO limit to the amount of pictures you can take! When you start your trip you will get a photopass card from any photopass photographer in the parks. Your photographer will then scan your card. Take as many pictures as you want !! Stop every photopass photographer you see. They are great opportunities to get the entire family in those pictures ! You can use multiple cards but it is easiest for you to try and use the same card as much as possible.

2: When you return home DO NOT create your own photopass account to view your photos If you create your own account with your pictures you will no longer be eligible for this Photopass share as the cards cannot be used on two accounts. You can either email me your photopass information and I will then enter it into our group account or you can enter your photopass #s into the group account yourself. I will email our group account login info as soon as I return to Sydney (either 12 October or 13 if I'm way too tired. ( If you do enter your information into another account there will be no way for us to change this and you will then need to order your own photo cd).

3: Editting Info - you are free to edit your pics up until the end of the share. All your edits will stay grouped with their original.

4: After everyone has entered/ editted their pictures, I will order our CDs from Disney. This will take about 2 weeks to arrive sometimes a little quicker. I will let everyone know as soon as I receive the CDs from Disney.

5: Once I get the CD from Disney, I will burn each family a CD of the photos and copyright release. I will mail out everyone's CDs in a standard jewel case in a padded mailer.

A little off topic, but can I ask where in Sydney you live? We're moving there in November and I have no idea where to even start looking around, it's such a big place - lol.
