Aunt Polly's???

Is this only open in the summer? We've been twice in Oct and it's not open. We're going next month and I'm curious if it would be open then?

We have been to Aunt Polly's in both the months of May and June. It was closed when we went in November. It's nice to order ice cream, sit in a rocking chair and watch the riverboat go by.

Good, hopefully it will be open for our trip. It looks very relaxing and would be a nice break for the kids.

We were there the 2nd week of May last year and it was not open. I have never seen it open the times I have been to MK.

It IS open during the summer! We go every July! We save a nice afternoon at the MK and go over and explore Tom Sawyer Island and then end that at Aunt Polly's with strawberry shortcake! We sit out at those tables that look out towards the Haunted Mansion and Liberty Square. Plus, it's in the shade! It's so much fun!

I miss this place! We would have great sandwiches, chips, deli pickles, and a slice of apple pie for dessert.

You did feel like you were a mile away from MK! We haven't been back since they stopped the lunch.

It was open in May, but not in November last year.

1) Alas, Polly's is only open seasonally.
2) Unfortunately, that means Summer.
3) Once in a while it is open during major holiday periods.
4) It is strictly an overflow eatery.
5) But, when it is open, it is so pleasant to have a sandwich and piece of pie.

I've always wanted to go to Aunt Pollys and get an Apple Pie Sundae! I've never been able to catch it open unfortunately . Maybe in May?

Maybe because of Spring Break and Easter.

I really want to catch this open, we'll be there a few days before Memorial Day, so maybe it will be open then.

ITA. Lunch there was da bomb! Of course I love those deserts too. I also love feeling like you're in a different world. It's funny how you can sit on the porch at Aunt Polly's watching people scurrying around just across the river, yet time somehow stops there. Aaahhhhhh Makes me want to go there right NOW!
