I already have a 1 bedroom condo in Aulani for January. I need to book another room as my older 2 children are now coming.....

Is 30%off per night the best deal? Are there any other deals for Disney Visa Card holders?

Just posted on your other thread about visitors. Can't help with discounts, but since you're adding a room for your older kids, put your brother and his wife on that reservation so they can use the pool with you.

Is the pool the only place off limits?

The pools, cabanas and Rainbow Reef would all be off limits. The beach chairs would be off limits as well, but not the beach.

The 30% off discount is all I see at this time. You can also look into renting DVC points from a place like David's DVC Rental, etc.
