Aulani--when is the entire resort to open?

Just returned from a stay at Aulani and notice a good portion of one entire tower has yet to open. I know this has been discussed, but what is the current schedule for the entire resort to be open?

Last estimate I saw was "Winter 2013" for the last phase. I would imagine they're scaling up slowly do that it doesn't overwhelm the staff and to work out the kinks.

What I don't know is if that means Jan/Feb 2013, or December 2013.
