Aulani Super Thread?

We booked 7 months out for January (the 19-27) in a 1br and had no issues! I even booked it online

But then again I'm not sure how popular January is - it's popular for us (Canadians), but I don't know about the US.

Great news! We are okay even if we only get a few days onsite at Aulani, so hopefully our luck will be just as good! Please post back and let us know how amazing it is!!

Does anyone know how hard Aulani is to get a reservation at 7 months out yet? We are hoping for December.

I made reservations for 1st half of June exactly at 9 am at the 7 month mark and had no problem getting what I wanted. 1 bedroom pool view. However I had read posts after that where some had difficulty getting later in June. There are various factors that play into this no doubt. Good luck and I hope you get what you want when it comes time to book.

I called in the early morning on our 7 month mark for August 1-8 and couldn't get any 1 bedroom at all! All they had was a pool view studio for those days. We couldn't be flexible with our dates so that was part of the problem. I was still shocked that we couldn't get a 1 bedroom. We decided that it was a sign we couldn't get a 1 bedroom and used the point savings for 3 nights at DGC in June. So everything works out they way it is supposed to.

That WAS the intent, you know.

I plan to head to the Sand Island Harbor for some waterskiing with the Oahu Waterski club. How would traffic be to get there 8:30 am, say on a monday or wednesday?
