Has anyone used the stairs to go from their room to the pool area? I am going next month and the elevators are currently 1 per family. I am thinking of requesting the lowest floor possible and just using the stairs.

No one is following one per family. And yes, I used the stairs up and down. They were fine.

My experience is pre-COVID, but the one time we were on the 4th (lobby) level, we used the stairs down to and back up from the pool deck multiple times a day and they worked just fine for us.

Same as us, from 5th even.

the elevators do get busy, but were not a big deal wait when I was there 2 weeks ago

BUT the elevator in the parking garage was always full, so park on level 4 or use the stairs

We are here now and have not had any issues with the elevators. If there are a few ppl waiting, most ask if you want to join them. I don't think that many are concerned with getting sick in the elevator when everyone is masked and tested negative. People are even saying they are vaccinated.
