We are headed to Aulani in late June/early July.
We have a 2 bedroom ocean view booked.
1- do we need to specifically request a dedicated2 bedroom? We are sharing with another family and they will want the two beds, not a bed and sofa bed.
2- in your opinion, what is the best building to request to optimize the sunset views and beach view?
3- my family is arriving the afternoon before the other family. I was going to just book a hotel by the airport, but then realized I could just get a 1 BR for that night. Aulani is booked so I just wait listed a standard view. What do you think the odds are I will get the waitlist? Should I waitlist ALL the views for a 1 bedroom? Will it be difficult to get a room by the airport if I wait until early June to book?
