Has anyone been to PCC in Oahu as well as the Starlit Hui? I'm trying to decide if we really need to stay and pay for the show Ha the breath of life or if Disneys free production will be enough. We are going to PCC no matter what to do the villages. Thanks!!

I was just there in January and skipped the night show at PCC because I had just been to the Starlit Hui the night before. After 6 or 7 hours at PCC I was ready to leave so I don't regret it.

Thanks for the advice! What was your opinion of the starlit Hui? Did you find any good place to dine after PCC? I was thinking possibly Haleiwa Joes, but would gladly take other recommendations.

Keep in mind for the shows that they are very different. The PCC is based on students from BYU Hawaii showcasing a story that covers all over Polynesia in a large theater. Maori, Tahitian, Samoan, Tongan, Fijian and Hawaiian dance and songs are incorporated into the storyline.

The Starlite Hui is a family show with the characters and interaction and focuses on dances and songs from Hawaii.

That is exactly what I wanted to know. I think one "Hawaiian Show" will be plenty for us.
