Aulani Island Garden View

Can anyone tell me how they liked staying in Island Garden View?
Did you wish you had used extra points for pool or ocean view, or was it fine/wonderful?
Would you have any recommendations for Island Garden View room requests?

We stayed in Island view our first trip. I requested a high floor in the long wing of the Ewa tower. I think I requested a room ending in 87, 85 or 83. We ended up with 787 which we enjoyed. We could watch the movies or Starlit Hui from our balcony. We had a peak of the ocean too.

Agree with Girimama, we too had a room facing out in the longer Ewa tower on the 7th floor close to the end, room 787 also. We could see the ocean from our balcony, we looked down onto Aunty's beach house, and to the left was the grassy area used for the Starlit Hui and other events. It was a great room.

I'd suggest:
Ewa Tower
High Floor
Room ending in x87, x85, x83, or possibly even x81 depening on what room you have (studio, 1BR, or 2BR).
