When you book, or soon after, with MS.

We are going in July, and the only way I found to put the room request is directly with member services. I just gave them the request over the phone last month when I booked Paradise Cove and Pearl Harbor. The # is 866 443-4763.
You can do this at anytime, as long as you have reserved your room.
