Aulani Flights

A family member of mine booked a trip to Aulani and flights. They never received a confirmation number for the flight portion. Will they be able to print out boarding passes before they leave or how exactly does that work..??

It wasn't for Aulani, but when I flew last week and didn't have a printed boarding pass, the guy at the SW counter just printed them for me right there. He said all he needed was my drivers license, not even a flight number.
