Aulani April 2021 7 months???

Hi all!
We’re planning an Aulani vacation next April. We have to book at 7 months as we own at SSR. What’s the likelihood of getting a Island garden view for 8 nights consecutive?? Thanks!!!

Due to COVID issues and points irregularities, really hard to say. If you are looking around Easter, either week before or after, bad.

Agree with above, Covid is probably throwing a wrench into what availability will look like. We booked 7 months for May of 2020 and didn't have any issues. However you probably have more 2020 people who are rescheduling into 2021 and perhaps some people not ready to travel in Spring of 2021 so who knows.

Easter week is tough even for OV. The low points rooms are very unlikely.

We’re not going Easter week, which falls beginning of the month. We are hoping to go late April so that won’t affect us

Covid may affect prior reservation patterns. If Aulani opens by then you could have the carry-over effect of members using many points banked in 2020. Of course, at the other extreme, if Hawaii does not lift, by April 2021, the two-week quarantine period for those coming to visit, it will obviously be pointless to go.

In a normal year, Aulani has generally been fairly easy to get at 7 months out in April unless seeking standard view rooms or a hotel room (both of which have 7-month issues year round). Even times during the two Easter weeks have typically had at least ocean view open, and usually also poolside/garden view; island/garden view has been more 50/50 during the Easter weeks.
