Hi all. We are East Coasters and DVC so have been to DW countless times. I’m currently planning a trip to Aulani followed by DL in early-mid Aug and I know nothing about either. We are trying to nail down dates and will either come home Sat Aug 17th or Sunday Aug 18th after 4 nights in hopefully Grand Cali. Is there anything we would miss if we don’t stay Sat night? I know it’s a blackout for the AP so would probably be less crowded.
Also how different are the rides? Will they be a repeat of a lot of the Magic Kingdom rides? I’m trying to determine how many days we need or if we should take a day for Universal or something else.
