Hello everyone!
I am new to DIS, and I see so much wonderful information here I thought I would look for some advice.
I have planned a 5 day trim in mid-august. It's going to be hot! I thought it would be an easier time to get reservations and well its summer and we want to go, school starts in early september here. I have an almost 5yo and almost 7yo, both with birthday 2 weeks before and after our trip so its very much a Birthday Trip. We have previously been to Disney Hilton Head (really lovely) and WDW when the girls were little. I also went for 2 very short days when a family member was having surgery right after her trip so my oldest and I went for a quick trip to spend time with her. It was AMAZING and I was dying to bring my 4yo! So this is our chance!
I've registered for our magic bands (need to call to connect our flight for magic express tomorrow as the website won't let me) and we've made various reservations...

Free Park Hopper Option

Reservations:
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall - Which princess come to this? I've never been. The cinderalla castle one was so expensive and I did it years ago with the kids so thought we would try this instead and save a little $$ plus well, this had an available resveration and cinderalla castle didn't!
Disney Festival Of Fantasy Parade Fast Pass - "Centra Plaza Viewing Area" how does this work? I thought it was very interesting and I believe Anna/Elsa are in this parade and wanted the girls to be able to see them.
Meeting Anna & Elsa MK Meet and Greet - I have not managed a FP for this, its at 9am so how do I get there earlier if the park opens at 9am and it starts at 9am? Is it worth it?
Enchanted Tales with Bell FP - How long does this take? It says to arrive between 9 and 10am. Is this worth the FP?
Meet Cinderall & Repunzel Fairytale Hall - Worth the FP?
My 6yo doesn't seem to care too much about meeting princesses but I think my 4yo will freak out over it. Bell is her favorite, but of course she loves frozen.
For the reservations at 9am, and the park opens at 9am how are we supposed to get to the spot by 9am??
Advice on beating the heat? My sister said to sleep in late and stay up late. Will be interesting to see if we can get the 4yo to last until the park closes, but we will have the fold up mclaren stroller if we find we need one at night for her to sleep in. My 6yo straight up fell asleep on the bus back to the resort those two nights I went before and it was terrible to cary her but this time my husband will be with us!
I see posts that sound like people getting extra fast passes through out the day, was I reading that correctly?
I have FP for some of my favorites, It's a Small World as its new now an amazing, the cool Fast Track at Epcot (I don't think my 4yo can ride it due to hight restrictions ugh!), the new snow white ride and the cool Toys ride that you shoot stuff for points. Be Our Guest restaurant for my girl who loves belle and because its so amazing inside... I want to sit by the snow, is it possible to ask??
Even though we have park hopper i would bet we stick to MK and Epcot. Anything amazing at the other parks we can't miss? Hoping to stop by the lego store if we have time. I love that dinosaur restaurant. I've not been on the new snow white ride and really barely looked at the new fantasy land as I was basically going at mach 10 following my sister and her kids around. I can't wait to just take our time and have several days in MK!
We got to get that pack of cards when we left but she didn't actually get to play the game and I know my husband will have fun doing that with her so this time we plan to do that, any recommendations not hat card game thing? Any spots that are a must or is it in a certain order?
Sorry for so many questions
THANKS!

. Many people feel differently but we much prefer the dinner menu to lunch. And, if you aren't seated in the ballroom for dinner, you can still walk through and look at the snow.
