August POP'ers....where are you?

The shirts and the boys chipping in to decorate the window sounds cool....

Here is one of the things I got to decorate my window....
My best friend is a POOH FREAK and I buy her a lot of POOHs for holidays and birthdays.... but secretly I love the little bear too and enjoy buying them

The second one is my Mom's choice... she wanted to have the princesses....

Last... but certainly not least!!!! What would it be like without the Mouse.... gotta have the Mickey!

I bought these at a store that is only indigent to this general area, but is like a Walmart.... Meijer.... it also happens to be where I work (although I shopped at another one today because I didn't wanna go to work on my day off)

I love these! If you don't mind I'm going to look for something similar for our window.

Go for it! I started trying to find window clings that would look good, but while searching I went through the craft aisle and saw a row of Disney scrapbook paper..... I just narrowed it down to my favorite 3!

I just got to thinking I may look for a 4th scrapbook sheet to make it into a big square..... they kind of look like the characters are standing at windows... so I will make them in a shape of a window

I'll jump in here. We'll be at Pop from 8/18 to 8/25. I'm taking my DD and DGD (4 1/2) and my 3 DNieces, ages 13 (twins) and 11. My DNieces have never been to DW. I'm so excited to take them. I keep telling them that we are going to have so much fun!! They have no idea what DW is like. I think they thought it was like Hershey Park unil I got them the custom maps and the WDW CD.

I absolutely love those! I was never able to find any clings that looked good either. Especially any along the lines of Disney. So, I decided. I would just get some stickers, but tape them on the windows.

We'll be at Pop August 13th - 18th!!! Can't wait, this is our third heat of the summer trip in a row. We stayed at POP last summer and loved it. We decorated our window (it was dh and my anniversary, no kids trip), this year taking dd (19) and ds (16) with us. Today dh decides we should add the DDP (we have had it the past two years) and the ease is so much better than worrying how much we'll be spending each day and watching every penny there. Only problem is I have NO ADR's yet!!! Got to really plan in a hurry and start calling, hoping we can get some good places.

We will be there Aug 25th thru Sept. 1st. DH, DW and DS (12) and staying at POP. We never stayed here, but heard so many good things about it, so we are looking forward to it. We are also attending the P&PP with ADR at Tony's.

This is our second "heat of the summer" trip. Last year, we went in July and stayed at SSR. We were POPers in February and just loved it. The time is getting closer and we can't wait for the magic.

Rebecca. I haven't heard of anything yet. Why don't we pick out a day. How about August 29th. As, it is my early day at AK. I wan't everyone on the board who want's a meet involved. But, noone is really posting what day they would like. So, what do you think?? Yes, or no? Maybe we should post another thread asking who wants to do a meet, and what day? I think I will start a thread.

I don't know. I think maybe I am way to excited for everyone else. And it is kind of turning off people from posting, or keeping up with the thread. I am confused. Or maybe I am just delirious. Because, it is 2 a.m, and I am still posting on the disboards.

I have been wondering the same thing..... every mention of a meet has just kind of faded and I really wanna meet up with some of you. The 29th would be good for me as well.... I too am going to AK that day (but spending part of that day at MGM as well)

Count me and my motley crue in for August At POP!!! can't wait . we will be there Aug 1st thru the 6th then it's over to Tampa/Clearwater for a few days. Plus the 5th is my birthday a first for me can not wait. It will be me my wife,son (10) my brotherand his wife plus my parents. Whoo Hoo!!!!!

Another August Pop-er checking in! DH and I will be there 8/14-21. This will be our 1st time staying at Pop, so we're very excited!!

We will be at POP Aug 26-31. We were there last year in August with the free DDP and loved it. We have always stayed in the 50;s so hoping that our request comes thru again.
Our ADR's are
Sunday August 26 Captain Jack's - downtown Disney 5:10
Monday August 27 Canada LeCellier - Epcot 4:50
Tuesday August 28 breakfast - Boma 9:30a pepper market
Wednesday August 29 Liberty Tree Tavern 5:45
Thursday August 30 breakfast - cape may 10:00 SPoodles- boardwalk 5:50

We are also staying at OKW for Aug 25 at the great AP rate but no free DDP.

Can not wait. Had to cancel a May trip because of surgery complications and I MISS MY MOUSE!!!!!

And we got a car from priceline for 14 a day for a midsize from 8/24-31.
