August -- Pop or Coronado?

We've stayed at Pop a few times, all positive except last time when we were stuck with a Standard Pool View and had noise until well after midnight.

We have only spent 2 nights at Coronado, but were very impressed with how quiet and "resort' like it was.

If it were you, which would you choose for 8 nights in August? Price difference is about $300 total after Passholder discounts at each. Both rooms would be a standard view / room.

For only $300 difference, I would definitely choose Coronado. To me, it definitely feels more like a resort than Pop does, and it has a great pool with a slide, and a hot tub. You also won't be one of the last bus stops at the parks.

Regardless of price, I would choose CSR.

You get more square feet and a nicer overall room at CSR.

I'm not sure how much of the construction will be done by the time you are going but the mock ups of the resort look fantastic. I'd go CSR either way.

CSR Construction will be complete in July.

Both are great resorts (especially since their respective remodels). But for that little of price, I would pick CSR. Bigger room, nicer pool, plenty of restaurants (especially with 2 more opening soon).

We changed it to CSR last night. Excited to be spending a week there. We are doing 2 weeks at CBR in June, so will be nice to compare.
