August Hours?

Can anyone help me. I called the 407-WDisney this afternoon, and went to the que for hours and was given hours for August 19, 2005-August 27, 2005 for MK & Epcot. I couldn't get hours for mgm or Ak, So I called back and spoke to a cast member, who then informed me they don't have hours yet for august. I then asked to speak to a manger and he also informed that they have not released the hours yet I tried to convince him, but he thought I was crazy. I then ask to speak to another Manager and he also accused me of being crazy. I then asked him to wait a minute and I used my cell phone and had him listen to the information I was getting. He was very confused and explained that he was not aware of these hours, but I should use these hours to plan and make my PS'S based on this information. I am totally confused and I do not want to screw up my PS"S. Does anyone know where I can find a guest relations telephone #? Or give me any idea as to what I should do?

Usually the hours don't come out until about 2 months ahead of time. Meaning the August hours will be out right on or around June 1st.

There are also the hours for parades, etc. Keep looking back because Disney
does update their calendar

The hours on the DIS for August are just projected hours based on last years hours as of now. As stated above, official Park hours won't be out til June 1st.

I have been pretty lucky using projected hours & looking at EMH patterns to make my dining arrangements. I did that for April for dining & was pretty much on the money.
