August hours

Still not up  I'm getting fed up now. I just presumed they would be up on Friday. I have only been able to check on the UK site because I can't get on the US site, it just takes me to the UK site. Any ideas ???

I can't even get on the US site, any tips :)

doesn't work every time but bottom left is drop box change it to USA english, might take you back to UK site but top left should say visit US site, click on that hopefully you are on US site now, might have to try a few times.

Ok, so now I'm getting really frustrated, so I have just emailed Disney....

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been waiting anxiously for the August park hours to be released on your website and I was under the impression that they would be released on the first day of May.
However, they are still not showing on your website.

I am getting a little worried as I need to call on Thursday this week to book my dining reservations, and until I know the park hours and entertainment schedules, it is very difficult to put firm plans in place.

Please could you tell me what date the hours and schedules are likely to be released on your website?

Kindest regards,

Will let you all know if I get a response!!!

But typically the park hours will probably be up before I do :lmao:

They take ages to reply to e-mails.

I assume it's not a Bank Hol in USA so fingers crossed for tomorrow:goodvibes

I had to make ADRs on May 1st for 7 days of dining. So I went by the schedule of emh from the two weeks in late July. I hope they don't change as I planned parks around the emhs. They really should have them out 90 days in advance, but I assume they are getting more and more frugal. I hope park hours don't get reduced anymore cause they are already an hour or at times 2 hours less per day than last year.
BTW, I was at my brothers wedding, best man, and went drinking the night before at the rehersal dinner. Totally forgot in my haze on my day to call. In the hotel pool and said Sh*t! Ran into my room dripping wet to make them. Got everything around 10:20am except times were slightly off. Le Cellier was limited in times offered, but still got in.
I hope I don't have to change everything when the calendars are released or I may not be in everywhere.

I'm so glad we don't make our ADR's until the 18th, so at least we have plenty of time to plan. I'm guessing the hours won't be out until tomorrow lunch time (which will be evening our time.) So much for my plan to spend the bank holiday weekend doing my Disney planning. I really wish they would hurry up though!

I've still got a week until I make my ADRs but for those going on 1st August today is 90 days and it really isn't acceptable that the hours aren't available. They need to get some whizz kid in who can sort out the website in general (I find it very user unfriendly) and online reservations in particular!

Well Monday morning and still no park hours. I, like many other folks on the US theme park board, have sent an email to disney guest communications about this. I realise it probably won't mean anything to them, but if a lot of people take time to complain they have got to start listening at some point. Here is hoping they will be out this afternoon.

Absolutely. There are a lot of people who really care about this and Disney need to know! Is it

Thank you. I've sent one too. We spend a lot of money on Disney and I think we should be treated a bit more considerately!

Just e-mailed them as well. If the park hours I have not be released tomorrow when I call to make my ADRS, I plan on speaking to a manager after I make my ADRS to tell them how disappointed I am in Disney's lack of customer service.
