hi all, found a semi decent price flying out on 13th aug-27th aug, direct from lgw to mco if anyone is interested, code share with BA and IBERIA, £864, IBERIA on way home, my dates are 13th/14th aug and returning on the 2nd sept, was expecting £900-£100, i would consider £800 to be a good price for these dates.
Fling into TAMPA is a little cheaper circa £846. The only downside is that IBERIA economy have no personal entertainment on the way home, no seatback tv's.Will consider TAMPA but will then have to fork out a car hire for 3 weeks to take 5 suitcases circa £600 yikes, usually go MCO. get MAG EXPRESS then hire a car for a week to get out and about etc

Where you seen them? I found some on Opodo at that price indirect but when you click on them it says not available, which is correct as they should not have released those dates yet.
If indirect I think price is too high IMO. Direct I would still wait myself, hope a deal comes up nearer.

Hi Wayne, looked at skyscanner today, i live in north wales, preferred choice is MAN, but only Virgin fly from there, not interested in the charters. Ig i can get a flight for £750 -£800 would be happy.

The ones on Skyscanner redirect you to Opodo which are not available (not released yet) looks like some error on the system it should be a few weeks before they are available yet.
A lot of money for indirect flights, I found Martin(burt) flights for this August at about £370pp indirect but he had to be patient, booked around Feb for this August. £750-800 I would want direct myself.
The Iberia flights I just checked are operated by American Airlines.
Hope some deals turn up for August, we are all waiting.:goodvibes

wait till xmas should get £600
Paul

Hi all, worth checking iberia.com, they fly direct from LGW and use BA planes, as Wayne says some fares are loaded but not official, a couple for Aug for £808, before the 23rd Aug when the prices always come down.

ps. have just booked 19 nights at OKW 14th aug -02nd sept with CO, 4 of us, 1 bed villa, 21day ultimate tkts £4053, cheaper than Disney, taken into account quidco, dis dollars.

Flights now, am prepared to wait £700 is my target figure for my dates!!!

Hi All,
Gave Orlando a miss this year but am getting itchy feet for next year, really missed no holday abroad. Am also looking for August flights but so far prices seem very high, particularly from Manchester. This post is a little old, did anyone manage to get a decent price? or is everyone still waiting for sale/miles plus money etc?

Hi,
If you are perpared to travel a bit Virgin have got direct flights from Glasgow to MCO for £725 each in August. We have booked 4th to 18th. If you search on skyscanner I think you can get them a bit cheaper than that even.

You have done very well, all prices i can see from Glasgow are well over £1000 a flight!

Thanks Wayne, looked on both websites but looks like you need to submit an enquirery rather than beng able to search yourself, can anyone who has booked through flight2florida or charter please confirm, thanks.

They have to be booked by phone, none of the online search engines are showing them. Somehow these companies who do manual searches can find them.

We booked a couple of days ago through charter travel ater seeing the thread mentioned. They got back to us really quickly on the phone, and via email too, and are atol and abta protected. They have been really helpful and efficient as well! I'm not sure what they said about the price glitch on the phone, as it was my partner that did everything, but he said that she was really nice and explained everything etc.

Our flights are the 17th July - 7th August and its from birmingham via CDG, for £489.
Hope this helps you!:)

Thanks for the info, have submitted a request with Charter Travel for next August from Newcastle, will see what they come back with.
