Hi going to take my 3 kids to DLP on August.

What's it like in August? Nightmare? Uncomfortably busy? Or ok?

We are going the last week of August, it's our first trip and after reading lots are expecting it to be busy but manageable because the parks are open longer

It isn't massively busy late August as most locals with annual passes are away from the area on holiday.

We've mainly been in August and find it manageable, especially if you use fastpass and EMH. There's no denying that it's busy but I find the longer hours more than outweigh any crowds or queues.

Our first visit was Aug bank Hol weekend and it was busy but not too bad.
