August ADRs

I couldn't find if there was a thread for August ADRs.

We were on the July thread but then dd broke her leg so we had to postpone by two weeks.

Anyway I thought it would be fun to post our ADRs and see if any Dissers will be dining at the same place, same time!

We are at the BC from July 30- August 16, gv cl.

Here are our ADRs.

Just enjoying the resorts this trip, youngest D got to pick which 1 park and she chose EPCOT. Arriving on 8/6 via autotrain (oldest D goes to college in Orlando), staying 2 nights at the WDW Dolphin, then moving to Disney's Beach Club and staying there from 8/8-8/10, flying home.

August 6th:
Lunch - poolside at the grotto
dinner - Kimonos Sushi Bar at the Swan or somewhere around Crescent Lake finishing up with dessert on the Boardwalk, viewing Illuminations from the bridge.

August 7th:
breakfast - in-room dining
late lunch - 1:55pm Captain's Grille
dinner - 9:10pm California Grill after 6:00pm Cirque Du Soleil - La Nouba

August 8th:
breakfast - in-room dining
Lunch - poolside at SAB
Dinner - Hoop Dee Doo

August 9th:
Breakfast - 9:30am Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus
Lunch - 1:25pm Chef's de France (hope to see Remy!)
Dinner: 6:35pm The Garden Grill (finally get to see MICKEY!)

August 10th:
Breakfast - 8:15am Cape May Cafe Character Buffet

I'm excited about my ADRs for our first trip next month. Since this is our first trip, we have no experience with any of these choices and so I relied on reviews and the menus to help me decide. We are also staying in the Ft. Wilderness Cabins so a lot of our meals will be at the resort (making use of the full kitchen).

August 7: Liberty Tree Tavern, 1:00pm

August 8: Hollywood & Vine, 12:15pm

August 9: 'Ohana, 5:05pm (DisneyMomx7 it looks like we will just miss each other at 'Ohana)

August 10: Kona Cafe, 8:55am

August 11: Kona Cafe, 7:35am (I know, two days in a row. But the menu looks so tempting and I couldn't decide between the tonga toast and the macadamia pineapple pancakes. My solution - try both)

August 12: Tusker House, 8:15am

August 13: Le Cellier, 4:10pm

August 14: Haven't been able to figure this one out...

August 15: Trails End, 8:15am

Can't wait

Have a wonderful first vacation! We love Kona.

We usually don't make our dinner reservation as late as the one we have for Ohana. However, that is one of our "rest days". The girls and I are going to have a late afternoon tea at the GF and then go to the GF Spa. Dh and ds are going to go to EPSN for a late lunch and then hit the Boardwalk and the BC arcade. They'll meet up with at Ohana.

We arrive Aug 23 from Virginia via Amtrak.

Spending afternoon in DTD - may grab a snack at Earl of Sandwich - but I'm voting for Goofy's Candy Co. !
8/23 Whispering Canyon 5pm
8/24 Chef Mickey's 7am
8/25 Primetime 50's Cafe 7:35pm
8/26 Kona Cafe 8:30am
8/27 Sci-Fi 11am lunch AND Crystal Palace 7:55pm dinner
8/28 Saturday we're doing 2 CS meals (since Friday we did 2 TS) - we'll likely be at AK, so probably Pizzafari?

Thanks for the suggestions. I have some flexibility in my schedule so I'm not sure what park we are doing on this date yet. It may just be a day to return to whatever attractions my son wants to see again before we leave. I'll keep these places in mind.

BTW: you're "rest" day sounds so relaxing and like a lot of fun.
After reading your post I'm wanting to have that kind of day right now

Saturday, August 7th:
Dinner 8:30pm at House of Blues at DTD, after a 6:00pm showing of Cirque Du Soleil La Nouba

Sunday, August 8th:
Lunch - 1:50pm at Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club Resort
Dinner - 7:15pm at Hoop Dee Doo (DD13 1st time)

Monday, August 9th:
breakfast - 10:30am at Akershus Norway with the Princesses
Dinner: 6:35pm The Garden Grill at Epcot (finally get to see MICKEY!)
