I called this morning to change two of my dining reservations and discovered that one of my days had two breakfasts scheduled for the same time at different restaurants. One of the reservations was supposed to be for the day before. The problem was quickly remedied. Upon learning of this, I asked the CM to review my ADR's, which he gladly did. Lesson: make sure you verify your ADR's before you leave for Disney. Does anyone know if confirmed ADR's are mailed to you with your paperwork prior to travelling to Disney?

The same CM noticed on my reservation that my DD's, 8 & 6 were travelling with my wife and I, and tipped me that there may be some cancellations for CRT for one of the days I was changing. He gave me a choice of two times and I booked an early morning. My daugters are going to be so excited when I walk them down Mainstreet to see their favorite princesses. :cool1:

I have had the same problem. I booked all of my ADR'S 180 days out for 8/29-9/9. A few weeks ago I called to add Le Cellar for a day that I didnt have a Adr for BUT for some reason there was an adr on that day for a resturant that i didnt book. So the CM and I went over all of my ADR's and there were 5 mistakes. some on wrong days, some that i didnt book and some with a reservation of 6 instead of 7. I am VERY glad that I called. I made these adr's before the free dining and it was hard to get some of the restuarnts and some we even have 2 tables. Having 7 people in your party is not easy. I am still considering calling again because I still feel uneasy.

I'm sorry that you've experienced problems with your dining reservations. I'm a CM at the reservation center and I can honestly tell you that even though we try our best not to make mistakes, it sometimes happens. The only advice I can give? Please make sure the CM recaps your reservation with you and that you listen carefully! We are required to recap the entire res which includes the location, date, time and party size! Once it is recapped you will receive a confirmation number. If you hear us say anything incorrectly or if we speak too fast, ask us to repeat it and have us correct it right away. If you have a CM that has not recapped, ask for the confirmation and make sure you get the CM's name. I hope you all have a wonderful time on your vacations!

No, they are not. There is a way that you can review them on the Disneyworld website, but I don't remember how to do it.

And as soon as you arrive at your resort, you can ask for a printout of all your ADRs.

Really?? That would be fantastic!! Anybody know how?

Someone, please post how. I don't believe that we can yet, but it would be great if we could!!

I also would love to know if you can review them on the web-site. Also, has anyone called in just to review all the ADR's? Is that annoying to the person on the other end of the phone? I had a minor mix-up with CRT that I corrected when I noticed the double-billing on my credit card. I want to double-check all the ADR's.

ADRs are not accessible through the website. Rather, Disney suggests that when you make ADRs, that you use the notepad feature on their website to record them, so you can log onto the website at anytime and see what you've recorded.

I've had missing ADRs when showing up at the hotel. This happened twice, but my ph. number was off by one digit on the day I had called in to make a string of dining ressies. So, I don't always give them just my ph. number to look up my ressies, but my whole name.

This is correct...you can not view your ADR's via the website. Disney uses a different computer system for the dining reservations and it is not linked with the main website. If you're staying on Disney property, you can alway go to your Guest Services desk at your resort and have them print you a copy of all your dining reservations. Typing mistakes do sometimes happen, so please don't panic if you don't see all of your ADR's. Call the WDW-DINE line and they can look up your ADR's by your last name (as long as it's spelled correctly :teeth: ) or by the restaurant & date. Have fun!
