No, it's not a reservation necessary breakfast. DCL will assign you which morning (usually a sea day) and a time. Also, you wait staff will remind you of your character breakfast the evening before.

Hi there, we just booked this cruise today. We had originally booked a Baltic from Dover but have decided to have a Florida holiday instead. We will be staying at the Hard Rock hotel and the Disney beach club before, so excited! We live in the northeast of Scotland, sailing will be myself Laura, my husband Alan and our 2 sons Liam and Connor 20 and 16 when we cruise. This will be our fourth Disney cruise. We've sailed twice with Disney to the East Caribbean once on the Magic and once on the Fantasy, we will be sailing to Alaska this Summer on the Wonder. Looking forward to getting to know our fellow cruisers.

This is the meet group. I guess from here it depends who wants to join in on the FE. Then someone can offer to coordinate it. Nothing has been set yet.

I certainly don't mind coordinating it. All I can offer is one experience worth of knowledge, but I can certainly put the spreadsheet together.

As I did not start this meet group I do not wish to overrun the friendship and fun that the meet group has leading up to the event. I am certainly willing to start another thread for FE (if someone can let me know how to do that).

Hi. I am willing to start a FE spreadsheet. I just don't know how to start a new thread. I don't want to fill this Meeting group thread with FE conversation as everyone participating in the meet thread may not be interested in doing FE.

My last cruise group never had a separate thread for the FE, we just PMed our info to one person who put together a spreadsheet and emailed it to everyone who was participating.

Things to consider:

1) Do we want to go into this allowing everyone to participate as one group or do we want to have multiple groups and set limits on the number of cabins in each group? I have heard of some FE groups having 50 cabins, and if you imagine 4 people per cabin that is A LOT LOT LOT of gifts to make!! My other cruise set a limit of 15 cabins per group, and even that felt like a LOT of gifts to make and distribute.

2) Do we need a separate thread or can we just email a list of info (to be decided) to one person who will compile groups and email the spreadsheet to everyone?

3) What information do we want to share? Last cruise we shared cabin number, names/ages of everyone in our cabin, any allergies, and whether alcohol was OK. Anything else we should share?

I would like the thread owner's opinion on doing FE conversations here (vs in a new thread or FB). I know this was started as a meet group. I don't want to disrespect her intentions with lots of FE dialogue if she prefers to keep it to "getting to know you only"

Yes last year, my daughter is an only child and my niece is 3 months younger than her so they are more like sisters than cousins. DD and I have made all kinds of plans as this will be our nieces 1st trip to disney parks and cruise. My DH says he is the driver just plan on whatever and he will take us (he is not a Disney fan, shocker yes I love him anyway, lol) so even though they will be 10 I see list of princess things in the works!
