Good Morning Everyone! The UPS man brought me a package yesterday (yes, Saturday delivery!) It was my lithograph! We still have some reservations about the frame, we were sure it was a different frame, wider, more wood. That was one of our deciding factors on purchasing this one over the other one we liked. But when I last sopke with her she said "the catalog" only showed this lithograph (which DD still insists is the wrong one, she insists Flounder was in it) in 2 frames and they were sending us the other one. Now the thing I don't understand is why I never took a picture of it, then I would have an arguement about it being right or wrong! I had my camera in my hand everytime I was looking at it. Everything else looks right, so we've decided to keep it and be happy since we have no proof of anything else. And I've held it up where we wanted to hang it and I think it looks great and I will be very happy with it. And since I'm the one that wanted it thats all that matters!

Vickie, I am glad you finally got a lithograph and that you are happy with it. If I ever purchase something like that I will take a picture of it so at least you have helped others with your experience...

My birthday is Jan 13th!! Lucky 13 and all. I was due on January 9th and so was my Christmas Eve brother (5 yrs later).

We finally hung up our pictures that we 'won' at the silent auction on our last cruise. One is the picture of Walt & Lillian standing on a ship deck that hangs in the staterooms and the other is a model drawing board of the back wall in Lumiere's. Fortunately we were able to take the items home with us, since we drove, so we didn't have the troubles Vickie did. Glad you like your picture that was finally received Vickie.

Welcome Jessica! We haven't even told our kids yet that we're going! Thought we might tell them for Christmas! You are right between my kids ages, Kenney is 15 and Sara is 11. They will get to know you when we let them in on the surprise!

Hi Jessica....my daughter Jordan is 14, and my son Jared is 11. They don't know yet either...I'll let you know when I tell them. My husband doesn't know yet either! I have to at least wait until the Christmas cruise is over, before I spring this one on them!

Had a busy weekend. Soccer & dance on Saturday, and then we went to our cabin on Sunday.

Off to bed...I actually have to go to work tomorrow! Drats.

Jessica will have to wait a few months to meet everyone, she saw a teen thread for the Christmas cruise and wanted to get her screen name. I am happy at least that she is more excited about the cruise now, she didn't enjoy it as much last time and wanted to bring a friend. I didn't want to bring anyone else's child across the country this time though...

We're on the Christmas cruise, but I can't convince Jordan to post on the teen thread. Maybe if the kids get one going here eventually, Jordan will talk....
She usually wants to bring a friend with us everywhere. I draw the line at family vacations, though.

I wish I were on the Christmas cruise, I want to go on vacation! It is supposed to snow here tonight (1 to 3 inches) and I am not ready! At least I confirmed the guy who plows our driveway is still on for this year. Seems like the snow starts earlier every year.

I am off today to clean the house for DD's 13th birthday party tomorrow with the family. It is also for my niece's 11th and I give my sister her gift, her birthday is Wednesday. It is sort of our Thanksgiving get together (with different food though) because we seem to spread out to in-laws and such on the actual day. DD has her friend sleepover party on her actual birthday next Saturday the 20th.

Happy weekend everyone! I'm sure everyone's got lots going on. I get to drain and clean the hot tub, fun huh? Especially since I hurt my knee and I'm really hobbling around. Good excuse for DH to do most of the work!
And I'm jealous of everyone with the upcoming vacations! Our next vacation will be with you guys!

I think ours will be too Vickie. I want to plan something sooner as well but I am still saving for the payment due on the August cruise in June. My trouble is everywhere I want to go is expensive (warm and sunny during the New England winter)!
We got 2 to 3 inches of snow in Central CT Friday night and there is ice on the driveway, yuck!

DD's party went well on Saturday and she got mostly money so she can buy clothes. It is too hard to try and buy for her. She was thrilled though. Now we have to get through the 8 girl sleepover party next Saturday...

Hi all, just got in a bit ago from a weekend in Williamsburg. DD & I drove down and met my parents, they are staying there until Thursday. We had points we had to use from our timeshare, so it was just a quick weekend away. The traffic was horrible south of Washington Friday night, but we made it safe and sound.

Hope Stacey is having fun and winning lots in Vegas.
Cathy, sorry to hear about your snow and ice the other day. I hope we don't have to see any of that for a while yet.
Vickie, hope your knee gets better soon. A hurt knee is no fun, I have 2 bad knees myself.
