Hi all! Just stoppin' by to say hello Looks like we're under the 6 month mark now!

Really looking forward to Spring here. Shoveled out of 10" of snow yesterday and tonight the low temps will be around 6 degrees F.... Please send some warmth our way!!

warmed to a balmy 14F this AM! Very unusual for this time of year. Spring can't come soon enough.

WOW!!!! I bet the park will be empty that nite too... would be perfect to do a water park for the day... grab dinner and MNSSHP at nite.

I just may be in for this too.

Tix go on sale May 1.

But I doubt its a sellout... you may want to wait and buy tix at the gate (as these tix wont be refundable and you must go on the day u buy.. so if it rains you are stuck). Then again their will be an advance purchase discount...

Went to MNSSHP once several years ago. The parade is unique (headless horseman). Many patrons get dressed for Halloween. Candy is given out in several locations. There are no lines on most rides.

You almost don't need to do MK during the day if you are doing MNSSHP.

WE went to pirate and princess party last year.It rained heavily all night ,but we are dis people and still had fun.Lucky for us it stopped just in time for the fireworks but some of the parade was missing .

Janet, I really think we are going to get along brilliantly! I like your way of thinking, come rain or shine, nothing is keeping me away from that party!!!!! I don't have any other day that I could go, as we are returning to Greece on the ninth. After the cruise we shall be staying in Cocoa Beach for a few days, and so what if I just 'forget' to tell hubby that we are driving back on the fourth for even more disney magic I think I will wait until we all meet on the ship and you all can convince him what fun it will be!

Checking in to our cruise central

I'm definately writing a note to myself to pick up tickets for the 4th MNSSHP - rain or shine. Although I'm staying at WDW for 11 nights (now until 14 Sep) there are only 2 parties during that time. Last year I purchased a ticket for one party, then ended up buying another ticket to go a second time towards the end of the visit. Therefore I'm definately going on the 4th in case I decide to go again on the 11th! Would rather that than just go on the 11th and wished I'd gone on the 4th too.

Last night here we had our first big thunder/lightening storm of the year. As this is typical summer weather here, it means we're slowly getting closer to cast-off! Can't believe it's already March.

I will definately be getting tickets for this one. I think DVC members also get them cheaper for certain dates.

We did this in 2007 (the first night) and it was torrential rain and thunderstorms - the parades were cancelled and much of the outdoor stuff. When we left the park they were handing out vouchers to get a free days admission to MK. Lets hope we get better weather this time.

Keeping our fingers crossed here that we will have superb weather - including the Sept 4 MNSSHP

As for the weather right now - Monday it was under 10 degrees F and we got 10 inches of snow... tomorrow it may hit 70 degrees F.... simply crazy!
