Just booked! We are WDW veterans, but cruise novices. I have a daughter who will be just shy of 13 when we sail- and I'm a little worried about how her experience will be!

This is all new territory for me- off to do some major research....

This is our first cruise. We have 2 boys, aged 12 and 15 and I don't think we will see very much of them on board the ship at all!

we cruised on the Fantasy last June and my DGS was 15 months old. He did well, had a blast and even tolerated dinner!
My son was 14 and disappeared into the teen club, only returning for meals and mandatory bedtime!

I am new to the forum... We are a going on our first Cruise and even more excited it is the Disney Cruise. Can someone please explain what fish extenders are. Is this something that needs to be registered for once on this ship? Any help and advice would greatly help

Fish extenders - although this is my first cruise, I think I've got the gist of it! It's like secret santa. You make or buy small gifts and secretly deliver them to to the participants cabin whilst on the cruise. You should receive gifts in return. You hang your fish extender (lots of pockets) on your hook outside your cabin. If you want to participate, put a post here and I am sure our lovely admin will add you to the list. Hope that makes sense! Xx

hi - we just booked this cruise - we had a july alaska cruise booked & my sister-in-law just had her due date moved up - so we're going to try the dream - we're gold / platinum - myself / husband / 10 yo son - and we're excited to take my son to CC as he's done other cruises but none to CC - can't wait to meet everyone -
