August 2025 Refurbs - Haunted Mansion down on 8/9 for overlay installation - Radiator Springs Racers down 8/18

Dang, I checked the 19th earlier this morning and it wasnt on there. That really bites. Oh well.

Seeing both RSR and Incredicoaster down at the same time is making me a little nervous. I thought for sure that one would be up before the other went down...

Our first DCA day is August 27. All my fingers and toes are crossed, as changing dates would be very difficult and Incredicoaster is a must-do.

Im going with a 5 year old, 3 year old (a few days short of 3, last free trip), and a 9 month. Se we wouldn't be able to even ride incredicoaster together and the 3 year old will probably be too short for RSR by about an inch. But what does stink is that just means all of those people will be riding the other rides making the waits longer elsewhere. Hopefully the parks arent too busy that week.

The person who leaked that RSR was going down on 8/18 said it was for a whole month. They are going to resurface the whole track. No way they do that and other maintenance in only 10 days.

Just wait until ROTR eventually has to go down for refurb - that will be some drama!

I think the reason ROTR isn't open past 9 PM is to give it time to be worked on most days so they dont have to close it for a long time

It will have to happen but even then hopefully under a month because that ride makes them money

Was there ever an acknowledgment as to why Incredicoaster is going down? I know it has standard maintenance but to drop it while RSR is also down just seems criminal. I'm hoping it's not that big of a refurbishment and they'll bring it back earlier like Matterhorn.

I've been seeing the coast go down a lot (so is big thunder) so it could be something that needs fixing now or it will get worst

Incredicoaster was down a huge chunk of yesterday (same with Goofy’s Sky School, Grizzly Run, and RSR, rough day for DCA!)

It’s definitely due for some maintenance for sure, but I’ve also heard rumors the upcoming refurb could also have to do with work being done in the area for the new Coco attraction.

Hopefully whatever they have planned will finish a bit earlier than expected so Incredicoaster and RSR won’t overlap!
