August 2022 - all villas booked?

I am trying to book a two bedroom villa at beach club for the last week of August 2022. I searched all villas, and there is not one available room in any villa. This doesn’t make much sense. Am I too early to book? Or are they truly are booked?

It's too early to book DVC/villas. They are made available 11 months in advance at most. The DVC people can't book until 11 months at home resorts, so they don't make them available to the general public until then or after.

Thank you! It’s funny… I had 11 months in my mind from prior trips, but I googled it and it said rooms open 499 days in advance. Forgot that villas are DVC. Thank you very much!
