Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think there's anything that can be done other than checking for cancellations daily.

We were there a few weeks ago and tried for adr's with no luck, tried walk up daily with no luck and the line just for counter service lunch exceeded 90 minutes 2 days.

I'd aim to eat somewhere else and if you get it so much the better. It will be there for your anniversary trip!
