That's it. Noticed the price is $44. It is well worth the price - good size and quality. Not the same as a top of the line carry on, but certainly good quality. My experience- doesn't matter how good they are-the airlines can tear them all up!

Izzinmac - I love your bag! Wish they carried it at the D-Store here, but I've never seen it. With the shipping charges they add to Canada, it's a good thing it's a really good sale price!

I'm feeling sorry for myself - we're having a problem with the anti-virus software on our servers. I've spent the entire day replacing software on servers across the country. I have a deadline of 11pm when the plants all start up again. Then I can go to work tomorrow and deal with all the fall-out problems.

Only 61 more weeks, huh?

She's already decided we're going to have a "cancer free" party on the cruise ship with lots and lots and lots of booze (her fav is martinis). So I'm trying to think positive too.

Apparently this is actually breast cancer that has moved to the lymph nodes. She's having more surgery this Friday and should have more info by the end of this month.

On another sad note, this morning we lost our parakeet of 10 years. He did not look very well last night. It's so hard to lose a pet, but I feel even worse for Carson, his 10 year old buddy. We brought Skyler home in May, 1994 and he was so sad that we went back to the pet shop and got the parakeet that he was playing with. They were inseparable. It was a very quiet bird cage this morning.

I fell as if I am eavesdropping most of the time, just enjoying the banter between everyone, but then someone posts something sad, like Auntybrat, and you stop, and say a prayer and send good thoughts to someone you don't know......................which is probably what everyone has just done.
On a lighter note, does anyone know if this cruise is sold out, and what may be the best company to get recervations through at this point? We booked with Cruise Value Center, they gave us the best price at the time. Thanks.

Everybody will have their own views on whom to book with. Personally, I will be sticking with DCL. I'm a bit TA shy at the moment. This way I can bug them myself and not get 2nd hand info or broken promises. I've heard good things about Dreams! Have many DisFriends that use them.

But for right now, DCL!
