P&PD to Tracy, Andy, MJ - seems like it's health challenges all the way round these days - even over here - Pam has a weak back and has woken up this morning barely even able to crawl to the loo (no jokes please, Grumbo) - so has gone back to bed as she's all locked up. Seems trivial compared to some of the problems around, but is a long term thing which shows no sign of ever going away.

What we all deparately need is that cruisin' sun on our bones!

STATEROOM CREDITS FOR THIS PANAMA CRUISE

Hi everyone,

I have a question for you has anyone received stateroom credits for this Panama cruise, no matter how you paid for this cruise ( credit, cash...) if you changed a prior reserved cruise to the Panama cruise dates once they were made available ?

Example: While on a cruise in late 04 we picked a random date for a cruise in late 05, we were given stateroom credits for booking on board. When the dates for the Panama cruise were announced we moved the random 05 cruise reservation to the Panama reservation.

Hope this makes sense... If you have done this change and have stateroom credits can you please PM me.

I thought I would post with some GOOD NEWS. My son Derek & his fiancee Diana have set their wedding date for July 1st, 2005 at 6:30 PM at Villari's Lakeside Inn (some of the locals will know this place) which is really good news except for the fact that my daughter is getting married on July 16th, 2005 at the Paris Casino in Las Vegas . Now I am REALLY stressed I'm sure it will all work out.

So sorry to hear so much bad news but maybe everything bad will be over before the cruise

I think the DISNEY DUDETTES have everything paid for - pins, lanyards, bus, etc. I'm ready to GO.....

Have to tell Tracy the wine is bought too. I have a blueberry wine from a local vineyard. Have a great week. Toodles JEANNE

What a wonderful opportunity to so some special shopping! Jeanne, two different outfits? and all new accessories? I adore weddings. When my sister got married last December, I actually bought three different outfits because I couldn't make my mind up what to wear! Two of them are coming on the cruise with me as my formal wear!

Prayers and pixie dust to Tracy, Renee, mmouse, Pam, Andy and all the others who need it.

We've had a rough week here too. Some local kids had a bad car accident Saturday night, 3 sophomore boys, 2 killed, one critically injured. DD Heather is having a rough time dealing with it. The two funerals are this morning, she is at the first one now. The other one is at noon, same church. When I dropped her off 30 minutes early for the first service, there were hundreds of cars already. We are hoping the kids learn something about driving safely and responsibly.

Denise - what a sad and difficult lesson for Heather to learn through the tragic loss of her friends! Hopefully, the other students WILL learn from this tragedy and future ones can be avoided. I had a similar experience of losing a classmate to drinking and driving in our senior year; I remember him far more vividly than many of the other students in our class and have always been VERY aware of the dangers of drinking and driving.

Prayers continuing for Tracy's Mom's surgery this morning that the outcome will be good and a full recovery possible.

Also adding my prayers for Renee's Mom, MJ's nephew, Andy's Aunt, and all the families who are struggling right now.

Your back needs to get better too, Pam!

Let's hope wer'e getting all our "bad luck" out of the way early so we can all celebrate together with our family crises behind us by the time August rolls around.

It is pale pink/dusty rose silk, full length with a slit up the back, sleeveless, gentle tone-on-tone embroidery & beading on the bodice, and it has a long 2-layer silk organza wrap that has the same embroidery & beaded toward the ends.

Not as cheap as the $27 one I found, but almost as good: originally $228, marked $74 and then 50% off of that, so it was $37.
