This is the third full week of August. Is this a "good" week to go? We might be able to go the following week, but no other weeks in July/August.

Also - could someone tell me if it were me, daughter - 6 and son - 8 and only my son wanted to go on Guardians - could he? Could we wait on line with him and then he board and ride on his own? Doubt I'd ever let him, but just curious.

Does RSR sit 3 people?

Thanks!

It’s really hard to predict good weeks, so I’ll let someone else speak to that.

Kids can go on rides alone starting at 7. You could wait with him or not.

Yes, RSR is three across.

As the PP said, it's hard to predict crowds these days, but the first day after SoCal and SoCal Select Summer AP blockout ends is Monday, August 19. Depending on when Star Wars Land opens, this may be among the first chances those guests have to see the new lands. There is usually a spike in attendance when the AP blockouts end, so I would go with the mind set that there will be crowds.

As long as both children meet the height requirement for GotG (40"), you can keep your son company in the queue. When you get to the loading point, tell the CM that only your son will be riding. They'll have you stand to the side, then when the doors open, your son will board the vehicle and you'll head through the doors into the corridor and then to the exit. Make sure you have a place specified to meet up with him afterwards.

Yes, as Skyegirl1999 said, RSR seats three across.

That’s helpful info about the block out dates lifting. Thanks!

Yeaaaaah, actually, that does make things pretty predictable... there will definitely be crowds!

First day of D23 Expo is Aug. 23rd. There may be attendees in town early to see SWGE, so the days preceding the Expo may be busier, adding to the unblocked AP crowds. HM might be down by that week for the Halloween overlay, depending on how early Halloween Time starts next year.
