Booked myself via DCL. We are onboard in a couple of weeks so I am going to see if I can rebook to get discount and credit and THEN I will transfer it to Carol!

Great, be sure to let DCL know that you'll be transferring and let Carol know ahead of time to that way she'll be on the look out for it.....

Love the website idea! I am exhausted just trying to keep up with all the posts already! I am bringing two families with us on the cruise who have never cruised before. I am not sure they really believe me when I tell them how enthusiastic Disney Cruisers really are - wait until I put them onto this thread! They already think I am a nut with how obsessed I have been over the years with planning Disney cruises.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone - what a great group!

We booked 4D for this cruise. May change to a porthole though as the kids are intrigued by the seating in the porthole. I hate to give up my verandah but it would save a few bucks!

We'll be at WDW the 29th of Nov. to the 6th of Dec. We're staying at CSR then PORiverside for the last night. I've never stayed at either resort so I'm excited to do those. Anyone interested in a meet since some of us will be down there at the same time?

On our last cruise, I created a website for our group that was really helpful. If anyone is interested, I am willing to do it again for this group. I had lists of who was cruising, information for kids to contact one another, our fish exchange list, great information about cruising, pages for each person who wanted to have a family page so we can get to know one another, etc. I know it was really helpful for my family and like I said, if people are interested, I will set one up for this cruise as well.

We are so excited! After working with the TA today, we have our 2 rooms booked! We will have 1 for the kids and 1 for DH and me!!!! All the deposits are done and I have confirmation numbers!

I had decided last night after seeing the price form our TA. This morning, I asked her to check on the price of 2 rooms and decided to just go ahead and book it that way instead!

So, as I said, last cruise I did our cruise website and if people want...I will do this one as well. I can start it right away but just need to hear from people. I would password protect the site and people can send me a PM to get the log in information. It was such a great help for our last cruise and I think it could be wonderful again! Let me know what you all think and I will get started ASAP!

I say go for it. It will help us get aquainted over the next year and a half and have a place that we can get all our plans in one place.

I can already tell this is gonna be a great cruise just by how outgoing everyone is.

I am booked on the 4/11/2010 cruise for DH and DD's birthdays and there is only 2 pages of posts total!!!!

JD99 are you going to Disney for New Years Eve? We were there last year and it was the BEST fireworks I have ever seen! They do the same fireworks on Dec. 30th as well, go watch them twice if you can.

Here are some of the things you can PM to me:
• names (and ages of kids) of everyone in the cabin
• stateroom number
• dining rotation
• where you are from
• celebrations you will have while onboard
• let me know if you want your own family page (I will give you more information if you want this - it is fun to create these!)
• will you be doing more than the cruise (like WDW before or after)?
• do you want to be a part of the fish exchange?

I will be adding more but this is a great start! Share as much or as little as you want in your PM and I will create the pages!
