Safe travels. I'm looking forward to meeting the Maryland contingent of the DIS group this Saturday.

I think I'm going to break down and bring my laptop + get Internet access for the cruise, so there will be opportunities for posting before the cruise is over.

Good Morning Everyone!

Well its been fun talking to everyone since May . Today is last day of work and then up at 3:00am coffee till 4:00 and then get the kids up and in the car and off to airport. Should be in Grand Floridian by 10:00AM See you all on Saturday.
Oh and the weather for every stop looks perfect.If you like hot and humid and Sunny
Only one area of intrest a low pressure 1074 miles east of the lesser antilles. It'll take 2 to 3 days just to reach Caribbean Ocean.

And now the sad part. Did anybody realize that the next time you post on our board the trip will be over Oh well we will just have to start planning the next one and well have a whole year or 2 to talk about it.

Yes, jealous of all you people who are starting or who have already started their vacations. I'm in Atlanta finishing up my last business trip - not home til tomorrow night. Then Thursday, I have to take my car in for service, have a client meeting and a bunch of client follow up calls before FINALLY starting to pack my things on Friday. The only saving grace is that we are staying at the Poly for four nights AFTER the cruise....which means the pain and suffering I am going through now gives me a longer vacation after the cruise. I'm also looking forward to meeting all of you on Saturday. We'll be the tired ones since I didn't even consider why flying in the night before would be a good idea and we had our flight changed to a 7:30 a.m. departure. Looks like a 4 a.m. wakeup call for coffee for me on Saturday.

Sorry I haven't been posting, but I am having more eye problems.With my red eyes recognizing me will be eas! We were going to finish packing last night, but with severe thunderstorms we lost power so it is a rush tonight. Even packing up the dog takes time! My DH is in another show, "LIl Abner" and since he will miss two weeks of rehearsal, feels compelled to go tonight, which means we are on our own for the packing. Leaving at 6am tomorrow and can't wait to see eveyone!

Woo Hoo, I got one suitcase packed. Actually Ben's present pretty much takes up the whole case, so I might be cheating a little! Suddenly thinking I might have to take it out of the box.

Seeing lots of rain around the Eastern Caribbean, not any fun. Fingers crossed it all blows away.

We got Bryce's clothes packed Sunday. Rachel packed this afternoon. Deb started packing non-clothing items last night but we lost momentum due to another shopping excursion. We returned Bryce's black shoes from Nordstrom since his tuxedo shoes finally arrived. Then we went on a wild goose chase for one more swim suit for Rachel.

Hopefully tonight we can finish up the non-clothes items and start to pack some of DW's and my clothes. Luckily we have tomorrow night to finish up and then just wait for Friday morning to arrive.

So you're saying Bryce is ready... I have been getting everything ready today just a little more to do and I'm all set.

Needed another large suitcase so ran over to my sister's for the extra piece, then went by my parents house for a quick visit, so all family obligations have been fulfilled.

Just a few last minute things to do tomorrow and I'm ready.

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing well and getting their last minute things ready. This will be my last post as I am getting the last things put in our suit cases tonight and we have decided to head out a day early just to go site seeing on the way there. I am really looking forward to meeting some of you. I know I am the late coming but you all have been so helpful in helping me get ready for this trip. I know its going to be a blast!

To those of you who are already out there enjoying your vacation, I wish you well... for those of you who are preparing to head out as I am, safe travels and see you soon!

Any Marylanders leaving from BWI Fri AM? DH reserved parking online at Econopark Express. If anyone knows of any place better, let me know. I have never been to BWI so I'm sure that will be a treat! I so hate to fly. The worry/insomnia is beginning!
Like everyone else, I love the convenience but I am definitely a white knuckle passenger! I will be so relived to get there. See you all soon. -Donna
