Aug car rental rates?

Have a rental booked through Dollar (full size, 8 days) for $207. Anyone have a better rate? If so, please list what codes were used and the rental agency it's through. Thanks.

HOw did you get that rate? That seems pretty good. When are you going? Is that with taxes? Without taxes or codes the cheapest i got was 317. Booked with national right now, but always looking for a cheaper rate.

Going August 18-26; Dollar rental; MAG code - for a full size car, and yes that is with taxes.

Since my rental started out from National at $274, I was happy when I found this.

If at first you don't get the lower rate with the MAG code, try again another day. The day after I reserved the $207 rate, I noticed it went up to $267, but checked it again today and it's back down to $207..

Another code that dollar has out expires 7/30 so I'm hoping a new one will come out that covers August Travel!!

P.S. Thrifty had some great rates last night. They were like 98 plus fees for a midsize car using the promo code WMRT. I want to use EA or Fastbreak, so I did not book, but for someone who doesn't mind going off site to get their car, these are nice rates... I think full size were around 115 plus fees!
