DS and I will be arriving at WDW on a Thurs starting our stay 3nights at the WL.
Th - WL pool, Trails End dinner, campfire?
Fri - MK, WL pool break midday, MK
Sat - WL pool, Poly pool?
Sun - switch hotels (hoping for EpCot resort), EpCot
Mon - AK morn, break, MGM night
Tues - pool or waterpark
Wed - AK morn, break, EpCot night
Thurs - pool or waterpark
Fri - MGM, break, park at night?
Sat - pool or park before nighttime flight

We have been to Epcot on Sundays in the past and it has always been very quiet. Most people will tell you to avoid the Magic Kingdom on weekends. Depending of the age of your son, you may want to add more time to the MK. From the Epcot resorts you can take a bus to the MK. As you probably know, from the Epcot resort area you can walk to Epcot and the Studios or take the boat.
